We will honor your return or exchange within 14 days from date delivered.

To receive a refund excluding shipping or exchange; items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging still intact.

Alli.C reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirement in Alli.C’s sole discretion.

Refunds will be issued on the credit or debit card used for purchase. If you received Alli.C as a gift a merchandise credit or exchange will be issued.

If your Alli.C item was purchased from one of our authorized boutique distributors, please contact them directly for return or exchange.
